Refunds and Returns
If you would like to return an item please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return shipping label.
To start a return

We will respond by emailing you a return slip.

Kindly package your MycoMaté bag into a box or mailer and send it back using the prepaid return slip provided.

Once we receive the return we will issue you a refund back to your original payment method.
Please use the return shipping label provided. Returns that are sent to an improper address, that do not make it to the warehouse, or are shipped without using our return shipping label will not be accepted. Refunds will take 2-3 business days to be processed after being received and it may take up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your account.
All products must be unopened and completely intact to be eligible for a refund and will be fully inspected before any refund is issued.
MycoMaté is not responsible for duplicate orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that duplicate orders are avoided.
Requests for refunds or replacements will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
Undelivered or Returned to Sender
If a product is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address we may issue a refund on the product minus any shipping costs as long as the product is returned in its original condition. We can also reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. We will not accept returns or replacement requests for products that are not returned in their original condition or that we do not receive.
If the product is returned to us as undelivered we can give you a refund for the product(s) ordered. Alternatively, we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.
Requests for refunds or replacements will not be accepted past 30 days from delivery.
Damaged Packages
If any of our products are damaged in shipping, please contact our customer support team at hello@mycomatelife.com. We will investigate the matter and if the damage is verified we will send you a replacement for the damaged item at no cost to you.
Please ensure to document that the product(s) arrived damaged immediately after opening the box. Simply take a picture of the damaged product(s) and package as they arrived. No replacements will be sent without proof that the package arrived damaged.
Requests for refunds or replacements will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
Refused Packages
Packages that are refused for any reason other than damage to the package may receive a refund for the product(s) but only if we receive the product(s) back in our warehouse in their original condition. We will not refund the cost of shipping for refused packages. By refusing the package you accept the responsibility of paying the return fee. If a package shows up damaged please accept it and contact us at hello@mycomatelife.com immediately.
Please Note: Refused shipments frequently get lost in the return process and may not make it back to our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot refund refused shipments that we never receive. Please accept packages instead of refusing them and send them back to us by following steps 1-4 under To Start A Return at the top of the page.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our product and want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service at hello@mycomatelife.com to begin your refund process. We are happy to give you a full refund on your first opened bag of MycoMaté as long as we are notified within 30 days of the delivery date. No questions asked! This guarantee only applies on your first order and we must be notified within 30 days of the delivery date. After your first order we will not refund or replace opened product(s). If you wish to use this satisfaction guarantee simply follow the steps 1-4 under To Start A Return at the top of the page.
