Free Shipping Applies Only to Continental U.S. Customers
We only ship to U.S. customers at this time. All orders will be shipped using either USPS, Fedex, UPS, or DHL with an estimated shipping time of 2-7 business days after the order is processed. Any delays or damages caused by the shipping carriers are not our responsibility. Please provide accurate shipping information to avoid undelivered or misrouted product(s).
If your package goes missing we will help as much as possible. However, lost packages are the responsibility of the shipping provider and we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages.
If an order arrived incomplete, damaged, or incorrect please contact our customer service at hello@mycomatelife.com. To be eligible for a refund on damaged product(s) or packages we will require evidence that the package and product(s) arrived damaged.
